I want to share with you my experience of training with a yoga coach. First, it seemed to me that it was so boring, but while the lockdown lasted it was a good opportunity to keep fit in a space of the condo.

Now I am thinking of becoming a yoga instructor. I'm well off and thinking I can teach yoga to others.
